About Me: 3 cups powdered sugar, 1/3 cup butter or margarine (make sure its room tempature), 2 teaspoons vanilla, 4 tablespoons of milk, and 1/3 cup of baking cocoa. - Use a medium bowl, mix in the sugar, cocoa and butter and mix with spoon or electric mixer on low speed. Then uh.. add one tablespoon of the milk. Gradually beat in just enough milk to make the frosting smooth and spreadable. Have to watch for it, not too add too much.
